I would like to problematize philosophical concept of "Transitional justice," not as pragmatic political concept and/or historical sociological analytical one. The word of transition can be borrowed from "evolutionary" and "progressive" process of political "normalization" in the modern political theories. So the concept should not be analytical, but be operational for "normalization from above," means something appearing benevolent will of any kind of Truth and Reconciliation Commissions, TRC. Needless to say very humanistic operation from above. But we cannot find out the Subject of subjected only see operational or constructed subject of objected!! Then we call "Objected!!!" against philosophical concept of "Transitional justice"
