アリー効果とは、Warder Clyde Alleeによって提唱された生態学の用語で、個体群密度の増加によってその個体の適応度が増加するという現象であり、動植物や生物種に関係なく観察される経験上の説明概念のこと。生態学系エンジニアリングで使われ、生物多様性の回復などに応用が検討されている。
